Remember that line from Mr. Rogers? When something bad happens, watch for the helpers. Well something terrible happened before a NASCAR race yesterday morning. Someone put a noose in the garage of Bubba Wallace, the only black driver on the circuit, days after NASCAR banned the Confederate flag.
