Swinging isn't always what you'd expect for a suggested exercise, but it really threw Global Calgary TV meterologist Jordan Witzel.

When #swinging as the Participaction activity of the day popped up on the screen, his mind didn't go to the activity in the park with a swingset.

His confusion causes the news achors to completely loose it with uncontrolable laughter, and red faces.
