NASHVILLE - The Tennessee State Museum will showcase 100 artifacts online and in person to commemorate Tennessee’s 225 years of statehood.

Self-guided tours and the online exhibition will be available from Tennessee Statehood Day on June 1 through May 2022.

The offerings aim to show an expansive story of Tennessee, from its earliest peoples to present day.

The items range from the a fossilized Mastadon mandible bone to and 1817 portrait of Andrew Jackson by Ralph E.W. Earl.
