Kelowna will play host to the 2021 Tim Hortons Brier, and tickets for the event go on sale Friday.

Curling fans will get their first opportunity to nail down their seats to watch Canada’s best men’s curling teams play for a Canadian championship, March 6 to 14 at Prospera Place.

The first 500 full-event ticket package customers will receive a package from Curling Canada's official merchandise partner, Kenora Designs for free, according to a Curling Canada media release.

"The 2021 Tim Hortons Brier is more than just the world’s most famous national curling championship, of course. It also features the world’s most famous curling party, AKA the World Famous Patch! It will be located a short stroll away from the arena at the Delta Grand Okanagan Hotel, where fans will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with the athletes, enjoy live music, dancing, drinks and food, as well as interactive activities for the entire family," the release said.

All ticket packages are subject to standard facility and ticket service fees, and will be available online here, in person at the Prospera Place box office and by phone at 250-762-5050.

Volunteer information will be communicated in the weeks following the 2020 Tim Hortons Brier. You can receive updates by registering here.
