Another three Kamloops schools have had recent COVID-19 exposures in the Kamloops-Thompson school district.

Three schools in Kamloops have announced that there were exposure risks last week, adding to the three that were already confirmed since class resumed after winter holidays.

Juniper Ridge Elementary and Valleyview Secondary announced on Sunday that there was risk for exposure on Jan. 11. The third, South Kamloops Secondary, posted exposure dates of Jan. 12 and 13.

Interior Health will be conducting contact tracing in the following days.

Each announcement reminds parents and students that "if you are not contacted by Interior Health Authority, it has been determined your child is not at risk of developing COVID-19," the school district said.
