Suspected drunk driver rolls car in West Kelowna

March 19, 2020 - 11:03 AM

No word yet from RCMP if charges will be laid as the investigation continues into a rollover in West Kelowna last night.

Police say just after 6 p.m. yesterday, March 18, officers were called to the 2500 block of Boucherie Road.

A 46-year-old West Kelowna man behind the wheel a Chevrolet Malibu, left the road, went down an embankment, with the vehicle coming to rest on its roof, according to an RCMP media release.

The driver wasn’t hurt, but police suspect intoxication was a factor in the crash.

RCMP say the investigation continues.
