Sunshine and warm temperatures continue into the weekend in Kamloops

The fine fall weather experienced so far this week in Kamloops is expected to continue.

Clouds are forecast to roll in on Sunday, but until then Environment Canada is promising mainly sunny skies and temperatures in the mid 20s Celsius for the remainder of the week.

Today, Oct. 1, the mainly cloudy conditions this morning should clear by the afternoon with some hazy conditions possible. Today’s high should reach 24 C with a low to 11 C.

The weekend should get off to a pleasant start with sunny skies and highs of 26 C and 24 C for Friday and Saturday, with overnight lows to 13 C.

Clouds are expected Sunday with a high 23 C and a low of 10 C.

The sunshine returns for Monday with a high of 23 C and a low of 10 C.

Tuesday and Wednesday could see a mix of sun and cloud, with highs of 22 C and 21 C respectively.

It’s normally quite a bit cooler in Kamloops this time of year, with normal daytime highs of 17 C and lows of 5 C.
