If you've been enjoying the beautiful weather this week you're in luck, it's expected to continue into the weekend.

Environment Canada says it should be mainly sunny from today, Sept. 10, right through to Sunday in Kamloops, with highs in the low 30s Celsius and lows of around 13 C.

Not bad for the first full week of September, when Kamloops normally experiences daily highs of 23 C and overnight lows of 9 C.

Today should be sunny with a high of 32 C and a low 13 C.

It’s expected to be sunny with a high of 31 C and a low of 14 C on Friday.

Saturday and Sunday should be 30 C and 31 C respectively, with lows of 14 C and 16 C.

The new work week is expected to start with a mix of sun and cloud Monday and Tuesday, with highs dropping back closer to seasonal levels, at 26 C on Monday and 23 C Tuesday.

Temperatures continue to creep back to normal levels on Wednesday with a mix of sun and cloud and a high of 22 C forecast.
