A Kamloops photographer is running a social media contest to spread a little joy at the end of what was a pretty tough year all around.
Jessica Meyn launched the Kamloops Cutest Baby contest this fall, and now it's time for everyone to vote for their favourite contestants.
"There’s a lot of people that are miserable stuck at home right now," Meyn said. "I want to spread some joy and make some people smile."
The top six vote-getting babies will win a $50 credit towards a photoshoot of their choice or a family photoshoot through Meyn's company All Mine Photography. The top choice will win both the $50 credit and a family photoshoot.
The cuties will also win a $10 credit to Meyn's 11 year old daughter's baby jewellery company, Baby Chewlery.
You can view all 56 contestants' photos on the contest Facebook page here, and vote by clicking the "like" button on your favourite images. You can vote for as many babies as you want, and the six photos with the most likes will win.
"When you start flipping through, it’s all these adorable babies," she said. "It’s pretty fun."
Deadline for voting is Dec. 19, 2020 at 9 p.m.
