MONTREAL — The Montreal Alouettes have signed Canadian receiver Tyson Philpot to a two-year extension, the CFL club announced Tuesday.
The deal keeps the 25-year-old under contract through the 2027 season.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Philpot finished the 2025 season with 61 catches for 804 yards and five touchdowns in 12 games.
He had 779 yards and five TDs in 2024 before an injury limited him to just nine games.
Philpot caught the winning touchdown in the 2023 Grey Cup — a 28-24 win over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers — with 13 seconds left. He was named the game's most valuable Canadian.
He was the East Division’s top rookie in 2022 after being drafted ninth overall.
