If you've been missing immersing yourself in history and culture, the Kelowna Museums Society has just the ticket.

They are rolling out a Live at the Museum event starting on Monday, April 20.

The new Instagram live series runs three times per week as we take you on a journey through the museums and the Okanagan Valley.

"This is the perfect activity for parents and kids to watch together and participate together," event organizers said in a press release. "Tune in and learn something new about the astonishing place we call home, be amazed, have fun and have something new to chat about with your family and friends, too."

They invite kids and kids-at-heart to send in questions and ideas for Live at the Museum topics.

Some of the events coming up are Wacky Wildlife: 5 animals that will make you say "WOW!" which is on Monday, Apr 20, an Earth Day special: Take a tour of Ogopogo’s home is on Wednesday Apr 22 and on Friday, Apr 24 learn how not to dress a soldier: Tips and tricks with Keith and Jen
