THOMPSON-OKANAGAN – Revelstoke is the place to be once again this winter if you want to prove you have the fastest snowmobile around.

The Revelstoke Snowmobile Club’s Snowarama Snow Drags take place Sunday, March 6 at the Glacier House Hotel and Resort in Revelstoke.

This family-oriented fundraising event includes hill climbs, poker runs, rallies and scavenger hunts in support of their official charity, Easter Seals. There will also be a barbecue, children’s games and awards as well as the competitive snow drag racing.

Competitors have raised almost $4 million for children with disabilities since the event’s inception in 1978 and this will be the third year spectators are welcome.
