LAKE COUNTRY – A minor fire in an extraction fan forced the evacuation of a Lake Country steel supply business today.

Crews from the Lake Country and Kelowna Fire Departments were called to the fire at A.J. Forsyth at 8955 Grigg Rd. at about 11:56 a.m., Oct. 23, according to a media release.

Firefighters found an extraction fan along with some dust collection bags were on fire.
