September starts off with chilly temperatures and rain in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS - Environment Canada predicts showers and cooler than average temperatures this week.

Plan for mixed sun and cloud with a high temperature of 19 Celsius today, Monday Sept. 5. A chance of showers roll in overnight, along with a low of 9 C.

Rain is on the radar for Tuesday. The forecast calls for mostly cloudy skies and a 60 per cent chance of rain. The high is expected to reach 19 C.

Wednesday and Thursday should bring a mix of sun and cloud and a high of 21 C.

The seasonal average for this time of year is 24 C.
