Salmon Arm RCMP seek help finding stolen boat

Salmon Arm RCMP is on the lookout for a stolen boat.

According to a Salmon Arm RCMP media release, police received a call about the stolen boat and trailer shortly before 6:30 a.m. June 29. The theft took place at a Salmon Arm property on 15 Street South East.

The boat stolen was a green 13-foot long aluminum 2019 Lowe, model 1448M, with a 2018 Mercury 20MH EFI motor on a grey 2017 Highlander boat trailer with B.C. licence plate WDL96S.

Anyone with information is asked to call Salmon Arm RCMP at 250-832-6044, or remain anonymous and call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

The RCMP is advising the public not to try to recover the boat and to call the police. If the boat and trailer are seen moving dial 911 immediately.
