Said the Whale tour coming to Kamloops; only tour stop in B.C. Interior

KAMLOOPS - Said the Whale, a Vancouver-based indie rock band, will be stopping in Kamloops next month as part of its North American tour.

The Kamloops show at the Blue Grotto on Tuesday, Oct. 1 is the only upcoming stop in the B.C. Interior.

The band has three shows lined up in Victoria, Nanaimo, and Campbell River on Vancouver Island as part of their "Cascadia" tour, which opened in Vancouver last week and includes stops in Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, Calgary, Toronto, St. Johns and Halifax.

According to the band's website, the Juno award-winning group released their seventh studio album titled “Cascadia” on Feb. 8.

Some of their biggest hits include “I Love You,” “Camilo (The Magician)”, “This City’s A Mess” and “Loveless.”
