Rockslide near Spences Bridge slowing traffic on Trans Canada

A rockslide east of Spences Bridge between Cache Creek and Merritt had traffic down to single lane alternating as crews worked to clear the rock away, Monday, Jan. 19, 2015.

KAMLOOPS – A rockslide is creating traffic issue on the Trans Canada between Cache Creek and Hope.

The slide has the road down to a single lane of alternating traffic about 17 kilometres east of Spences Bridge until further notice, according to Drive B.C.

The clean-up is underway.
