After a two-year delay because of COVID, Ringo Star and His All Starr Band are resuming their touring this spring and fall and will make a stop in Penticton Oct. 9.
The show will be at the South Okanagan Events Centre with tickets going on sale, starting at $79.50, as of 10 a.m. tomorrow, April 12.
Tickets can be purchased online at ValleyFirstTix.com or at the box office at the entertainment centre. VIP packages are also available online.
Since the pandemic, Star has released two EPs, “Zoom In” and “Change the World” as well as two books.
The band includes Steve Lukather, Colin Hay, Warren Ham, Gregg Bissonette, Hamish Stuart and Edgar Winter.
The band will play seven dates in Canada. Along with Penticton, it will be in Lethbridge on Oct. 6 and Abbotsford on Oct. 8.
