RCMP seek whereabouts of missing Alberta man who could be in South Okanagan

RCMP are looking for information regarding the whereabouts of a missing 41-year-old in Wetaskiwin, Alberta man they believe may in Penticton or on his way to that area.

Cody Banman, 41, was last seen in Wetaskiwin on Jan. 20, RCMP say in a media release issued today, Feb. 1.

Police want to verify his well being and contact him.

RCMP describe Banman as a Caucasian male, approximately 5'9" tall and 134 lbs. He has shoulder length, black/grey hair, is missing teeth and has a noticeable scar on his nose.

Police are asking anyone with information about the missing person's whereabouts to contact the Wetaskiwin RCMP detachment at 780-312-7267 or their local police. Alternatively, if you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, on line at www.P#Tips.com.
