RCMP seek help to solve Penticton community centre break-in

The Penticton RCMP continues to investigate a break-in at the community centre on the weekend.

The Penticton Community Centre was closed for part of the weekend due to a break-in overnight on Dec. 1. It reopened at noon the next day.

The suspect or suspects stole a small grey safe with cash and keys inside, according to a press release from Penticton RCMP.

"Investigators are seeking assistance from anyone in the vicinity of Power Street who may have witnessed anything or anyone suspicious," the release reads.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Penticton RCMP at 250-492-4300 and quote file 2023-19387.
