Kamloops - Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing Kamloops man last seen Aug. 21.

Hank Larocque, 60, was last seen in Kamloops Aug. 21 and his family is concerned for his well-being as they have not heard from him, which is unusual, RCMP said.

Larocque is known to travel throughout the province and has ties to Calgary. He was last known to be travelling on his bicycle.

He is described as a 60-year-old indigenous man standing five-foot-seven and weighing about 165 pounds and has brown eyes and collar-length greying hair.

Anyone with information about Larocque is asked to report to their local police department or contact CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
