RCMP needs help locating missing Castlegar woman

Teresa Priebe was reported missing to Castlegar RCMP
June 21, 2020 - 5:21 PM

The family of Castlegar woman Teresa Priebe haven't seen her since June 17, and now RCMP officers are turning to the community to get information about her whereabouts.

Priebe was reported missing to Castlegar RCMP and was last seen near Upper Gibson Road, Pass Creek north of Castlegar.

"There is nothing to indicate foul play at this time,"  Sgt. Monty Taylor said in a press release. "Police and Teresa's family are very concerned for her health and well-being as it is out of character for her to be out of contact for so long."

Teresa Priebe is described as white, 50 years old, five-foot-seven, 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Teresa is urged to contact the Castlegar RCMP at 250-365-7721 or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
