RCMP looking for witnesses to crash near Manning Park that sent motorcyclist to hospital

The B.C. Highway Patrol is looking for witnesses to a multi-vehicle crash on the May long weekend on Highway 3 near Manning Park – and investigators are hoping to speak with one witness in particular.

The multi-vehicle collision, which happened around 11:15 a.m. on Victoria Day, May 23, occurred on Highway 3 about 10 kilometres west of Manning Park Lodge and about 48 kilometres east of Hope, according to an RCMP press release.

A person riding a motorcycle suffered significant injuries in the crash.

Investigators want to speak to the person who assisted and transported the motorcycle rider to an ambulance. The witness is asked to contact B.C. Highway Patrol in Keremeos at 250-499-2250.

Anyone who observed the collision, witnessed any pre-collision driving or has dash board camera video to support the ongoing investigation into this crash is asked to contact B.C.
