UPDATE: Police find body of missing 80-year-old Kelowna man

Police are hoping someone has seen a missing 80-year-old Kelowna who was last seen in the Vernon area. RCMP say Ronald Junior “Turk” Turchinsky was reported missing by his family and friends on Aug. 25, 2020 after they hadn’t heard from him for a “number of days.”

Kelowna RCMP report that they found the body of this missing man on Aug. 28, 2020.

RCMP say Ronald Junior “Turk” Turchinsky was reported missing by his family and friends on Aug. 25, after they hadn’t heard from him for a “number of days.”

No other information was released.
