QHR acquiring Open EC Technology for $2.4M in cash and stock deal

KELOWNA, B.C. - QHR Technologies Inc. (TSXV: QHR) to acquire Open EC Technologies Inc. (TSXV:OCE) for either QHR stock or cash in a deal that values the company at more than $2.4 million.
