Public's assistance sought in finding missing Penticton woman

Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating 32 year old Megan Ann Roberts.

PENTICTON - Penticton RCMP are seeking public assistance in finding a missing woman.

Megan Anne Roberts, aged 32, was last seen by her friend after she walked away from their vehicle while driving near the 24 kilometre mark of Bathville Road near Isintok Lake.

When her friend was unable to locate her, it was reported to police. Search and rescue along with Summerland RCMP and police dog services are assisting.

Police spokesperson Const. James Grandy said in a press release issued this morning Roberts is described as a Caucasian female with brown hair, 5 feet, six inches tall at 104 lbs. She was wearing a white tank top, grey yoga pants and black Nike flip flops with a yellow strap.

If anyone see Roberts or has knowledge of her whereabouts, they are asked to call 911 or Penticton RCMP at: 250-492-4300.
