Police seized more than $160,000 and drugs from a Penticton home in October and they're trying to keep it, but no one's been charged with a crime yet.
The BC Director of Civil Forfeiture filed a claim in BC Supreme Court, claiming the money is "proceeds and an instrument" of unlawful activity.
Court documents don't provide details on the Penticton RCMP investigation and what led investigators to the house on Wiltse Drive.

The file lists Anna and Davie Pirillo as defendants, who were living in the house where police seized $163,380 in cash bundled with elastic bands within a backpack, according to court documents.
The province is also aiming to keep three one-kilogram bricks of cocaine, 21 ounces of psilocybin, a radio jammer, identification for Anna and Davie Pirillo and score sheets, typically used to track drug sales.
BC RCMP and Davie Pirillo have not responded to a request for comment.

The province claims the money was used for unlawful activities including trafficking, possession of a radio jammer, money laundering and failure to declare taxable income.
The Director of Civil Forfeiture filed its notice of claim in BC Supreme Court on July 27. The Pirillos have not responded in court. None of the allegations have been proven.
