A prohibited driver who killed a pedestrian in November has been charged again with driving while prohibited.
The 62-year-old Kamloops man killed a 66-year-old woman Nov. 21 on Victoria Street and was found leaving the casino parking lot at about midnight last night.
The driver faces another charge of driving while prohibited. His Ford pickup truck remains impounded for one week.
RCMP say he was prohibited from driving until November 2014 at time of most recent infraction.
