Pot shop raided in Okanagan Falls

OKANGAN FALLS - A marijuana dispensary operating without a license to sell pot in Okanagan Falls was raided by RCMP today.

RCMP say officers executed a search warrant at Herbal Green Apothecary at 936 Main St. in Okanagan Falls today, May 30, and found several pounds of marijuana along with marijuana edibles.

A man was arrested.

The dispensary was operating without a license to sell marijuana, according to an RCMP media release. Police say the dispensary was selling cannabis or cannabis products to the general public without requiring a medical note.
