Police still searching for Lake Country bathtub bandits

LAKE COUNTRY - Twelve days after it was stolen, police are still looking for the thieves who managed to make off with a heavy soaker bathtub from a residential home while it was under construction.

According to a release from Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers, the house is located in the 13000 block of Lake Hill Way in Lake Country. The cul-de-sac has very few finished homes.

The release states investigations show the thieves entered the home early in the morning of Nov. 5, 2016 and stole the 150 lbs. tub. It's described as an oval shaped Neptune soaker bathtub valued at $800, model VA3660F1.
