The reports came around 11:10 a.m. today, April 29, and resolved with the man walking away safely, according to Kamloops RCMP spokesperson Const. Crystal Evelyn.
Kamloops RCMP, including Car 40, responded to the bridge but calls for first responders were cancelled once police were able to speak to the man.
He was not apprehended in this morning's incident, Evelyn said.
