Kelowna Mounties have arrested two people on multiple drug-related charges after using a search warrant to enter a home on the 800 block of Fuller Avenue on Thursday.
Michael Semchyshyn faces possession for the purpose of trafficking charges after they found mushrooms, meth, heroin, marijuana and prescription pills. Police also found five replica firearms, cash and drug sales paraphernalia. The firearms, two of which were modeled after sub-compact machine guns, were all determined to be pellet guns, but appeared very realistic until examined closely, police said.
An unnamed 37-year-old woman also faces a potential charge of possession for the purpose of trafficking and was released on a promise to appear for a court date in February.
