Police looking for witnesses to robbery at Kelowna gas station

A gas station on Harvey Avenue in Kelowna was robbed, Feb. 28, 2022, and police are sharing this image of the suspect in hopes someone recognizes him.

RCMP are on the hunt for a suspect in a Kelowna gas station robbery over a week ago.

Officers responded to the robbery at a gas station in the 700 block area of Harvey Avenue in Kelowna at around 6:20 a.m. Feb. 28, according to an RCMP media release. 

A male suspect got away on foot with some cigarettes.

“The suspect is described as being six feet tall, with a slender build, wearing a dark-coloured hoodie with what appears to be white spatter on the front, beige work pants, tan work boots, work gloves and a green mask,” Kelowna RCMP media relations officer Const. Tammy Lobb said in the release.

The investigation is ongoing.
