Police investigating death of two-year-old in North Okanagan

ENDERBY - Authorities are investigating the death of a two-year-old child in Enderby.

On March 20, at about 2 p.m., the child was struck by a vehicle on a rural property, police say in a media release issued today, March 21.

The child was taken to hospital, but died of his injuries.

The RCMP and B.C. Coroners Service are looking into the circumstances of the death.

“All parties involved are cooperating with the investigation, and victim services are engaged with the family,” Const. Jocelyn Noseworthy says.

The investigation is ongoing, and police are not releasing any further information.
