Shoppers Drug Mart in Salmon Arm

A worker at a Shoppers Drug Mart in the B.C. Interior has tested positive for COVID-19, one of several cases discovered at Loblaw operations in the last two weeks.
The employee at a Shoppers store in Salmon Arm had their last day at work March 16, according to a breakdown of cases by Loblaw on their website.

They are one of at least 27 COVID-19 positive cases at Loblaw operations in B.C. since March 15, although the actual number of cases is likely higher as a "multiple" number were involved at a Royal Canadian Superstore in Delta.
The Salmon Arm case was one of four that were at operations outside of the Lower Mainland, including Chilliwack, Prince George, and Whistler.
There are currently no active public exposures listed by Interior Health on its online listing page here.
