While flying from Victoria to the Okanagan, a Kelowna man noticed that one of the lakes down below looked like something else from down below.
Lee Taschereau and his wife Jules own Limey - The British Shop which has locations in Kelowna and Victoria. During Lee's most recent business trip, he noticed a lewd lake in the Interior he decided to take a photo of it.
“Seems like a nice place to build a cabin,” Lee said.
The indecent body of water appears to be Goose Lake, which is located between Merritt and Princeton. Although it resembles private parts it is not a private lake – there are nine maintained camp sites that the public can enjoy for free.
“Located on the southeastern shore of Goose Lake, the recreation site is popular with fishermen, hunters and campers with smaller trailers, truck campers and tenters.” according to Recreation Sites and Trails B.C. "he sites are somewhat small, well treed and are quite shady so great during those hot summer days!"
