South Okanagan SPCA and Abandoned Rail Brewing Co. have teamed up to find homes for a few dogs in need this weekend.

The brewery is hosting the Pints and Paws Adoption Day and Fundraiser between noon and 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 24.

Abandoned Rail Brewing Co. is donating a percentage of sales that afternoon to the SPCA, “so with every pint poured you’ll be helping to provide shelter, medical care and love to animals who deserve a second chance.”

Attendees can donate items needed by the SPCA like; dog and cat treats and toys, rabbit/guinea pig safe veggies & treats, canned and dry cat and dog food, paper towels, laundry detergent, garbage and recycling bags, laundry and dish soap, clay cat litter, and slow feeders.

The fundraiser was set up through the BC SPCA's Champions for Animals program.
