The real estate and investment guide Western Investor recently reported the sale of Jubilee Motel in Penticton for $1.2 million.

PENTICTON - Another Penticton motel is changing hands.
The Western Investor reported Aug. 10 the sale of the Jubilee Motel, located at 2475 Skaha Lake Rd. in Penticton, for $1.2 million in a sale scheduled to close on Aug. 30.
The 26 unit motel sits on just under an acre of land. The property has an assessed value of $936, 400 and was listed at $1.3 million.
In early July, Penticton’s Slumber Lodge on Lakeshore Drive sold for $3.55 million.
