A new performance by Penticton poet Shane Koyczan will be available online on Friday, March 12.
A digital production of Koyczan’s latest work dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic is presented by UBC's Chan Centre for the Performing Arts' Dot Com series.
Viewers can watch Koyczan as he "explores the amplified despair of the times we find ourselves in and searches for the compass that’s left us feeling lost,” as the Chan Centre describes, from the comfort of their own homes with a performance that gets underway at 7 p.m.
Koyczan is considered Canada’s premier spoken word artist.
More information can be found on the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts web page.
