The tenants of Penticton Plaza have a new landlord.

Vancouver brokers Avison Young spokesperson Andrew Petrozzi says the plaza sold for $15.5 million in December, 2020.

It was purchased by Narland Investments.

According to information on the BentallGreenOak brokerage website — the seller of the 4.126 acre site — the plaza was rebuilt in 1984 and underwent a cosmetic renovation in 2005.

The plaza is located at the corner of Main Street and Duncan Avenue at 1301 Main St. and totals 51,019 square feet, not including shadow anchor Safeway.

The mall also contains a British Columbia liquor store, The Copper Mug Pub, a Shoppers Drug Mart outlet and other tenants.
