A Penticton man decided to check his lotto ticket while waiting for his car windows to defrost, and that’s when he discovered he had won $60,000.

It was Nov. 16 when Jordan Hutton checked his Keno ticket, which was worth $60,008 to be exact.

“It feels surreal,” Hutton said in a press release from the B.C. Lottery Corporation. “It didn’t really sink in until I pulled into the winner’s parking spot (at the BCLC office).”

Having recently sold a Harley Davidson motorcycle, Hutton plans on using his prize to buy a new one.
