July 06, 2020 - 12:05 PM

Driver error is what police say caused a car to crash into the side of Peachland's A&W.

Mounties were called July 3 just after 12:30 p.m. when a 2012 Toyota Camry, being driven by a woman in her 80s, struck the wall of the business.

"The driver was uninjured. One staff member at the business suffered minor injuries," RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Jocelyn Noseworthy said in a press release sent out July 6.
