PENTICTON - Some Okanagan Falls Irrigation District ratepayers will face a disruption in their water supply next week.

The Okanagan Falls Irrigation District says water will be shut off in the upper zone on Monday, June 19, to accommodate construction work between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

The water shut off notice applies to 14th Avenue, Mimac Court, Brockie Place, Maple Street, south of 14th Avenue, Oliver Ranch Road, Wallis Road and Leslie Drive.

The district apologizes for the inconvenience.

Residents affected are asked to be prepared by having enough water on hand to last the day.
