One person has died and another has been arrested following a UTV accident this morning in Lake Country.

Lake Country RCMP officers responded to a rollover of a UTV vehicle at roughly 4:15 a.m., June 2, near the Summit Trial according to a RCMP news release.

The UTV's passenger, a 34-year-old man, died at the scene. The driver, also 34, was arrested for impaired operation causing death and was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, according to the RCMP.

The man is possibly facing charges related to his arrest and the investigation is ongoing, according to the RCMP.
