A woman was killed when a GMC pickup truck left the highway and rolled onto its roof, according to an RCMP media release.

Four others in the pickup were taken to hospital with injuries ranging from serious to critical.

RCMP do not identify the woman who was killed or any of the people injured.

Police say the investigation continues and investigators think alcohol may have been involved.
