The holiday season is about to get even more jolly.

Aaron Malkin and Alastair Knowles, better known as the British comedy duo James and Jamesy, are back in the Interior for another round of the boisterous comedy O Christmas Tea, with a show in Penticton Dec. 17, Kamloops Dec. 18, Vernon Dec. 19 and Kelowna Dec. 22.

"The Christmas season is a magical time of year that brings people of all ages together; a time when we are encouraged to dream big, embrace imagination and celebrate a childlike excitement for merriment," Knowles said.

Described as Monty Python meets Mr. Bean and told through the lens of Dr. Seuss, O Christmas Tea is meant to be reminiscent of classic British pantomimes and is rich with wordplay, comic physicality and interactive elements, a media release reads.

The production follows James and Jamesy as they work to find solutions to keep afloat in a tea-flooded world.
