Extended Hours
We've listened to our members feedback, and have extended our hours at the Downtown YMCA.

Mon. – Fri. 5:30 a.m .– 9 p.m.

Sat. & Sun. 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Lower Drop-in Rates
We have also lowered drop-in rates at our downtown centre, so grab a friend to join you at your next class or workout session!
