With much of Clement Avenue from Ellis Street to Gordon Drive already under construction, an application has been filed with the City of Kelowna for a new hotel.
The five-storey, 88-room hotel is planned for the northeast corner of Clement Avenue and St. Paul Street.
A development permit application was filed with the City earlier this week by Meiklejohn Architects.
There were few details in the application other than the number of rooms proposed. It indicates there will be a lobby and lounge, but no restaurant.
