The Mount Eneas fire has split and is pressing Peachland to the north and Summerland to the south.

PEACHLAND - Persistent and gusting winds up to 40 km/h have forced more evacuation orders and alerts from the Mount Eneas wildfire.
The Central Okanagan Emergency Operations centre has ordered residents at three properties on Log Chute Road to leave for their own safety. Those properties were already on evacuation alert. For the latest information, including where evacuees go and what to do next, go here.

Wind has been gusting all evening and blowing at 17 to 20 km/h from the south for hours, though Environment Canada predicts they should calm overnight.
A local state of emergency has also been declared for Peachland and Central Okanagan Regional District Area West.
