Multi-million dollar Okanagan homes up for grabs in B.C. Children’s Hospital lottery

Two Okanagan homes worth millions can be won in the latest B.C. Children’s Hospital Foundation lottery.

The grand prize winner can choose from prize homes located in Vancouver, South Surrey, White Rock, Vernon, Sooke, Courtenay and Kelowna, or choose $2.3 million cash.

Tickets for the 2022 Choices Lottery are now on sale until midnight, April 7, or until tickets sell out. The lottery supports world-leading research initiatives that lead to innovative discoveries and treatments, which helps B.C. Children’s Hospital experts conquer childhood illnesses, according to a press release issued by the foundation.

“With the help of Choices Lottery, B.C. Children’s Hospital can focus on funding research that leads to new medical solutions, which enhances the care of sick and injured children across B.C.,” said foundation vice president and chief financial officer Akash Rattan, in the press release.

The winner of the Choices Lottery can choose one of eight grand prize packages:

  • Grand Prize Choice 1 - Ocean Park - 13156 19A  Avenue, South Surrey. Worth over $2.8 million. 4,385 sq. ft. home with five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen. Includes a $90,000 La-Z-Boy furnishings package and a 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range.
  • Grand Prize Choice 2 - Nautilus #1001 - 1500 Oxford Street, White Rock. Worth over $2.7 million. 2,080 sq. ft. home with three bedrooms, a flex home, three and a half bathrooms, a double garage, and a 648 sq. ft. patio. Includes $56,000 cash for furnishings, a 2022 BMW 530e plug-in hybrid, and $300,000 cash.
  • Grand Prize Choice 3 - Ledge at the Rise - 7735 Okanagan Hills Boulevard, Vernon. Worth over $2.7 million. 1,992 sq. ft. bungalow with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a double garage. Includes $50,000 cash for furniture, a 2022 BMW x-Drive 45e plug-in hybrid, and $1,810,000 cash.
  • Grand Prize Choice 4 - Moonlight Bay Ocean Cottage - 80A, SookePoint, Sooke. Worth over $2.7 million.1,040 sq. ft. fully furnished, two-bedroom, two-bathroom home. Includes a 2022 BMW x3 xDrive30e plug-in hybrid and $1.5 million cash.
  • Grand Prize Choice 5 - Oakridge - COCO sub-Penthouse #501-5733 Alberta Street, Vancouver. Worth $2.7 million. 1,610 sq. ft. home with three bedrooms, a flex room, a den, three bathrooms, a 634 sq. ft. patio, and two parking stalls. Includes $50,000 cash.
  • Grand Prize Choice 6 - Silverstone Estates by Integra Homes - 101 - 1444 Crown Isle Drive, Courtenay. Worth over $2.7 million. 1,983 sq. ft. home with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. Includes $56,000 Design Therapy Furniture Package, a 2021 Toyota Tundra Platinum, a 2022 Duckworth Pacific Navigator, $5,000 Crown Isle Pro Shop/Clubhouse credit, and $1.3 million cash.
  • Grand Prize Choice 7 - Movala - 612 - 3340 Lakeshore Road, Kelowna. Worth over $2.7 million. 1,195 sq. ft. home with two bedrooms, a den, two bathrooms, underground parking, a storage locker, and 500 sq. ft. sundeck. Includes $50,000 cash for furniture, a 2022 Tesla Model 3 Long Range, and $1.3 million cash.
  • Grand Prize Choice 8 - $2.3 million tax-free cash.

Choices Lottery tickets are $100 for three-packs, $175 for six-packs, $250 for nine-packs, and $500 for 20-packs.
